Just a commendable fit for a weekend trip in Calgary with all in all great value for money. The radiators, while old, kept me warm throughout the chilly night. Bring some cleaning wipes for personal comfort.

Good value, room was reasonably large, staff were exceptionally nice! The hotel was in a comfy and absolutely perfect position not far from groceries and liquor store, the drive to Banff, and a walking path along the bow river. Furthermore, right next to a pub. We loved the breakfast.

The staff from start to finish were very, very nice and understanding. The hotel was in a great location not far from the bow river for what we wanted it for...

We barely lasted 5 minutes in the room before we left! The bedding had mouse droppings and sticks. It felt unsafe. Just disgusting.
It wasn't cheap either! But still totally unacceptable.

We were in a standard queen room with a microwave and the heater plus a kitchenette.

Honestly, I thought I was in for a budget-friendly adventure. The cash deposit option was cool, but the rooms? Not so much. Stains everywhere and a noisy fan made it a rough night. Next time, I'll pay a little more for peace of mind!

We didn't have time, so we will come back. Location: the hotel was near to areas in Calgary, Calgary and groceries. Montgomery district was definitely worth visiting.
The staff were horrible, didn't expect that coming.

The location is central, right on the highway leading to Banff. I appreciated the nearby Safeway store and several eateries, made grabbing essentials easy. The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. I encountered a strong cigarette odor, and the stairway was littered with discarded butts. To make matters worse, I noticed bed bugs, made sleeping impossible. The mattress cover appeared dirty with cigarette burns, and there were unsettling noises from neighboring rooms. A strange encounter with a resident asking for money further added to an uncomfortable ambiance. The price seemed attractive, but it didn't match the quality of what I expected.

parking spot outside door, great water pressure
The wire from the wall-mounted radiators looks like it's on the verge of falling, how can the bathroom mirror remain broken? The TV and Wi-Fi functionality were a total joke!!! Room cleanliness definitely posed concern for my stay!!!

Had a blast with my friends! We visited a nearby park and checked out the local shops. The staff was cute, and we appreciated the convenience of nearby attractions. The rooms, while basic, had what we needed for a fun trip. Recommended for budget travelers looking to explore but set your expectations accordingly.
One of our rooms had a broken door hinge, frustrating. We felt it should have been fixed before our stay, as it caused inconvenience during our trip.

I had a rather interesting experience during my short stay. I noticed a big hole in the office window. I did appreciate the free laundry facilities, as I needed to clean my clothes during this trip. Despite some drawbacks, I was nice, thinking of my next road trip through America with my partner, enjoying country music after a long day.
Noisy environment, unpleasant ambiance
